If I were to give one piece of advice to any couple getting married, it would be to book Veronica and Douglas. I cannot begin to describe how amazing you both were on the day! The music was so beautiful and I can’t count the amount of guests who came up to compliment it. After contacting you I knew that we were in good hands, from your professionalism to how relaxed you made us feel! Anything I asked of you was no problem at all! I had never heard you play live before booking you but I had absolutely no hesitation in booking you- from the very beginning I knew that we had made the right decision. You arrived to the church early and played as the guests came in- everyone was so impressed! Personally you both made the day so special and I absolutely adored the music! I cannot recommend you enough!! We wanted the music in the church to be perfect, this was something which was very important to both of us and it really was perfect! The male and female vocals were haunting and spine tingling! The music was amazing. So if Veronica and Douglas have availability, book them, you will be delighted with your choice!!! Again thanks so much!! Marianne and Seán

We had the absolute pleasure of having Douglas and Veronica play the ceremony music at our wedding. The moment I spoke to Douglas I knew he was the ultimate professional and someone who could be relied on. They had played in County Clare before, knew where the church was, had their own equipment and mikes, they were set up and on time. I had such peace of mind knowing they were so experienced and reliable. The music was sensational, from the instrumental pieces on cello and piano, to the male female harmonies during the songs, the solos from each of them, to even the accompaniment they did for my father who played a few gigs down the aisle. There was such a diversity of sound that it really added to the ceremony and kept everyone engaged. I am from a very musical family and that usually makes me very critical but I can wholeheartedly say that the wedding duo are two both extremely talented musicians and singers. Myself and my husband, all of my guests, and the priest were blown away by them. Veronica did a beautiful rendition of Winters Song that brought tears to my eyes and many of my guests. The Seinn Alleluia by Douglas was incredible and something I hadn’t even factored in as a key piece in the ceremony. The cello sounded amazing in the church, so good in fact that my sister is now threatening to learn it. They were so flexible on the set list which meant that we really got the sound we were looking for on the day. Entrance: Canon by Pachelbel (instrumental) Lighting of Candles: Walking In The Air (instrumental) Psalm: Mo Ghrá Thú Gospel Acclamation: Seinn Alleluia Lighting of The Marriage Candle: Walking In The Air (instrumental) Offertory: Braveheart Song For A Princess Sign of Peace: Glasgow Love Theme Communion: Winter's Song Signing of The Register: Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas. They truly made the day special for us and I would highly recommend them to all brides and grooms looking for a romantic, hauntingly beautiful sound for their wedding. You can rest assured that Douglas and Veronica are true professionals and will enhance your day immeasurably.

Veronica & Douglas performed the church music for our wedding recently. From the initial enquiry to the run up to the day itself- Veronica was a dream to communicate with. We met her about 2 months prior to the wedding and requested a specific song- they happily obliged to perform it for us. The music on the day itself was beautiful. Veronica and Douglas clearly work very well together and deliver a lovely mix of vocal and instrumental pieces. We have received many compliments on the music since our Wedding day. Thank you both so much for a lovely ceremony. We look forward to hearing you both again in the near future????
